Primary English
Our Curriculum
Our primary English curriculum develops students' key transferrable skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students will also enhance their understanding of grammar, verbs, nouns, and adjectives as they explore and analyse a range of written texts.
Our curriculum focuses on building students' confidence in reading, writing, and speaking and teaches students how to respond appropriately to written and spoken questions. Students will expand their vocabulary and develop their understanding of sentence structure, writing styles, poetry, plays, and more as they explore features of different written texts and the use of imagery and emotive language.
